Film making has substantial business benefits. Companies can use this event to promote their company or team values. There is a great deal to learn from the films that people make, they can be kept being reviewed in the future and shared with the rest of the company. What better way to stretch your team’s creativity and communication skills than have them plan, script, direct, perform and edit their very own 1–5-minute Movie Hit. Whatever your occasion or objective you can be sure that your teams are in for an entertaining, rewarding and above all motivational team building experience.
A Scavenger Hunt Experience
The Team Quest is a scavenger hunt customized by DIJ to meet the clients’ specific objectives. It mimics a successful workplace dynamic where smaller teams must first accomplish their tasks before the entire company can reach its goal. Rather than use a lecture or classroom setting to teach these concepts, we get your group out and moving to infuse the experience with action and fun.
This Team Quest will also encourage teams to think outside of the box by exercising creativity, resourcefulness, and decision-making. Teams strike out on foot using a series of clues that take teams to different locations where challenges awaits to stimulate their creative thinking, intensive problem-solving and effective time management sense.
Small teams are created, each team will be given a manual of instructions, list of items, and camera then sent on their way with a designated time to return to a designated place. It’s up to each team to utilize the skills, talents and resourcefulness of their fellow teammates during their mission to find the hidden object.
Facilitators will be localized in specific locations.
WE do not go for a conventional one…. Added to riddles and mind games the quest includes special challenges at different locations. Some of the special challenges might include putting your hand in a jar full of worms or parking a remote-control car…. You Just need a sharp mind, comfy shoes and work.
Each team will earn points by completing the task allocated to them at each station and by their success with the Special Challenges. The winning team is the one that gets the higher points and reach the hidden object first.

Challenge Course
The Challenge Course is a series of activities, sometimes on or close to the ground (usually referred to as a low course) and sometimes built on utility poles or trees, or in the rafters of a building (a high course), that challenge participants to come together and work as a team to develop and implement solutions.
Each element emphasizes different group characteristics such as self-confidence, communication, cooperation, trust, and leadership. Although each element has its own perceived physical and mental challenge, anyone willing to participate can do so through the cooperative efforts of the group. As teams work through the elements of the Challenge Course, they learn about themselves and their relationships to others, and develop leadership and problem-solving skills. A highly trained and certified course facilitator guides each group through the course, providing opportunities for participants to discuss and reflect on their experiences.
Team Building Hiking
Our team building hiking program is based upon being involved in an adventurous and fun hiking trip, while learning about grouping, leadership, teamwork and individual commitment to overcome trail obstacles. The program works through goal-oriented roles that increase leadership, self-esteem, decision making, problem solving, cooperation among participants, endurance and physical fitness, and orients the participant with nature, creating a positive balance with self and the natural environment.
This kind of team building can be very beneficial to corporations, schools, sport clubs, companies and institutes.
A ropes course is a challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity, it consists of high and/or low elements. Low elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require a belay for safety. The Challenge Course is a unique program: it is a high reward, seemingly risky activity, as the risk is greatly minimized by strict and thorough safety measures. The participants may logically understand that they are safe, but their knees still shake when they are 30 feet up. In other words, the perceived risk is much greater than the actual risk. This is what makes the Ropes Course a mental challenge as well as a physical one. The value of the ropes course is recognized in a broad range of activities, including education, recreation, therapy, and organizational development. The combination of Low and High Ropes Courses enables participants to grow at the team and individual levels, exploring risk, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching. The high ropes Course also emphasizes risk-taking, decision making and trust, and allows the individual to understand how to set and achieve personal goals. The challenges of this course allow participants to expand their comfort zones—sometimes dramatically—and recognizes fears that may block personal achievement. Each moment is rich with discoveries, whether a person is climbing, supporting “on belay,” or finding an effective way to encourage a teammate.
The Low Ropes Course focuses on problem solving, collaboration, teamwork, communication and leadership, is physically challenging in parts and usually results in clients gaining a better of working in a team to achieve an outcome.
