It might be difficult to book a conference, event, or large-size group lodging abroad due to cultural differences and language challenges.
along with the currency issues, as well as varying rules and regulations which can become stumbling blocks in the event organization process. So how do you ensure you book the right hotels, at the right price with the right conditions, in a foreign country?
The answer isn’t always as straightforward as you may assume; in the matter of the hotel target, it all comes down to maintaining business growth and putting the art of bargaining front and center. and consistency with the regional DMC
On the one hand side, there is always a big pressure on the part of the hotel management when it comes to signing up a contract for large size groups accommodation, especially if it is an international contract that they are going to deal with.
On the other hand, organizing a big Group or event does not give you the buying power for conference accommodation in the hotel market as you would expect. In fact, as a buyer, you are actually creating demand by booking more than one hotel rooms in a certain city, hence hotels can charge a higher rate and conditions such as payment terms can be stricter.
Alia Tours DMC – Jordan Will meet all of your demands! We successfully unite people with favorable terms and advantages.
Here we could serve your requirements, Working with a knowledgeable local DMC to accomplish your goal of negotiating the contract should be a requirement if you want to have an efficient method of obtaining the best hotel contract for your lodging.
Once you get the idea, you can possibly use this to add, delete or make some amendments to the sections stated including the payment dates, accommodation rates and policies for the cancellation of booked reservation while the negotiation process is still up. These ideas may also ensure that both parties will be satisfied and will encourage better working relationships in the benefit for the final outcome of the Event.

King Abdullah II House of Culture & Art

The Project – is Under Construction –

The design of the King Abdullah II House of Culture and Art was inspired by Petra, the historic and archaeological rock city. Petra is a city with rose-colored mountain walls that are eroded, carved, fissured or polished to allow the sedimentation strata and the fluid lines of the fluvial erosions to be seen.
The project is the result of a competition that was held in June 2008 and involved Kerry Hill Architects (Singapore), Atelier Christian de Portzamparc (France), Snøhetta (Norway), Delugan Meissl (Austria), and Henning Larsens Tegnestue (Denmark).
The project comprises a performing arts and cultural center with galleries, rehearsal spaces, an educational center, a 1600-seat music hall, and 400 seats for theater.
